Salesroutr answers calls you miss on the number you forward to it, texts the caller back, and handles the inquiry based on the business profile you provide. You're responsible for the accuracy of what you tell it about your business, and for reviewing what it says on your behalf.

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Don't share your account, and let us know if you think someone else has accessed it.

Replies to callers are generated automatically from the business profile you set up. When a question falls outside what you've told it, Salesroutr says a person will follow up instead of guessing — but you're responsible for reviewing escalations promptly and for keeping your profile accurate as your business changes.

We may update these terms as the product changes. Continued use of Salesroutr after a change means you accept the updated terms.
