Privacy Policy

When you create an account, we collect your email, password, business name, and the phone number you use to receive calls and texts. When you record a voice memo describing your business, we collect that recording and its transcript. We also collect the calls and texts that come through your Salesroutr number — the caller's number, what was said, and the outcome.

Calls to your Salesroutr number are handled by Twilio. Voice memos are transcribed using OpenAI's Whisper, and that transcript — along with call and text conversations — is read by Anthropic's Claude to build your business profile and draft replies to callers. Your account and business data are stored in our database (hosted by Supabase) and are only accessible to you, scoped to your account.

We use Twilio (calls and texts), Supabase (database and authentication), OpenAI (voice memo transcription), and Anthropic (business-profile extraction and drafting caller replies). We don't sell your data, and we don't share your business or caller data with anyone else.

You can edit or remove anything in your business profile at any time from within the app. Deleting your account removes your data from our database.

If you or your callers are in Canada, your data is handled consistent with PIPEDA. If you have questions about how a specific piece of information is handled, reach out using the contact below.
